Shannon Iannettoni is Chief Financial Officer of Sturbridge Capital. Shannon is responsible for the Firm’s finance, accounting, tax, and treasury operations. She is also responsible for fund performance measurement and investor reporting. Shannon works closely with the Firm’s fund administrator, external auditor, and tax advisors to ensure compliance with accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory standards. Shannon joined the Firm in 2020. Before joining Sturbridge, Shannon was an Assurance Senior Manager with PwC, where she served clients for over 12 years, specializing in providing assurance services to public companies in the financial services sector. Shannon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in General Studies and received a Master of Accounting (MAcc), both from the University of Michigan.
